OUR VISION
At LVAL Educate, our vision is to nurture the social and emotional development of secondary school-aged boys, guiding them to become good men with strong morals and values. Through engaging programmes and supportive mentorship, we empower them to build resilience, empathy, and integrity, fostering a future generation of leaders who positively impact their communities and the wider society.
WHY WE DO IT
At LVAL EDUCATE, we believe the secondary school years are a critical window in shaping boys into young men of integrity. This is the stage where they stand at a crossroads—capable of making strong, positive choices, yet often without the tools or confidence to do so.
Too often, it is assumed that boys will “find their way” by the time they complete their schooling and go off into the “real world”. In reality, many arrive without the resilience, empathy, or self-belief needed to make meaningful decisions in what research shows is the most dangerous age window of their lives, 18-24 years old.. Our programme changes that trajectory.
We focus on instilling the foundations of character early—courage, responsibility, and respect—so boys are prepared not only to protect themselves but also to stand up for others and ultimately, keep them and their mates safe . By building these skills now, we help them grow into young men who act with purpose, lead with integrity, and have the confidence to create real, lasting change.
